Consultation Events
Merseyside Police Authority members and local police officers were recently at the Asda supermarket in Huyton to speak to members of the public about policing issues. Thank you to everyone who came along and took the time to speak to us.
We are holding another simlar event shortly in Kirkby shopping centre. Please check our website again for more details.
We will also be attending this years Halewood Community Festival on Saturday 3rd July 2010, at the Halewood Community Centre. Please come along and tell us of any policing issues that you may have.
Young People in Knowsley
We recently held an event especially for young people to have their say and find out more about policing in Knowsley. This interactive event took place at the MAD youth club in St Michaels church hall, Bluebell Lane, Huyton. Attendees were invited to ask questions, give their views and meet Police Authority members as well as police officers. They were also given the opportunity to meet some of the police horses and see a demonstration by the police dogs.
