Plans and Policies
Merseyside Police Authority is responsible for ensuring
Merseyside Police Force is efficient and effective. The Authority
has a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure this
happens. There are a number of ways in which the Authority develops
its plans for the future of policing services on Merseyside. Each
plan is complimentary to the overall efficiency and effectiveness
of the Force and provides a framework for the Authority to develop
its own policies and procedures.
