Efficiency Plan
The Home Office requires Police Authorities to demonstrate
increasing efficiency in the services they provide, by the delivery
of 3% efficiency gains year-on-year, whilst maintaining or
improving performance against a set of key Statutory Performance
Indicators. The annual Efficiency Plan and Re-investment Plan are
approved as part of the annual Budget process. The Efficiency Plan
forms part of the Annual Budget Report and can be viewed using the
