Mr Tom Kelly (Independent)

Mr Kelly is a member of the Authority's Performance Scrutiny & Review, Police Staff Appeals, Finance & Audit, Service Improvement and Estates Strategy Committees.

Originally appointed in 2003, Mr Kelly has been appointed for a further term and represents the Authority at Liverpool's Community Safety Partnership.
