Mr Tom Kelly (Independent)

Mr Kelly is a member of the authority's Appeals, Community Safety & Liaison, Resources & Strategy, Service Improvement and Estates Committees as well as the Joint Consultative Committees.

Originally appointed in 2003, Mr Kelly has been appointed for a further term and represents the authority at the APA Neighbourhood Policing and Science & Technology Groups and the APA Information Management network.
